...is a peer-to-peer environmental education program in the residence halls. Eco-Reps encourages students to live in a more sustainable way by organizing trips to the drinking water treatment plant and local wind farm and by carrying out actions in-house such as hosting an organic iron chef and a lightbulb exchange and putting water timers in the communal showers for their floormates.

i implemented the Eco-Reps program in its inaugural year at Carnegie Mellon and received a year-long fellowship to do so. check out our blog and website.
